Booking & Payments

Securing Your Spot

For you to guarantee your hunting trip, the payment of at least a deposit is required at the time of booking. Safe payment can be made using our website. Availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All amounts deposited and paid are nonrefundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In addition, the hunt can be done on an alternate date. This reschedule, of course, must be made to tempo up to one year from the date of the booking and is subject to availability. Not showing up is a cancellation without any provision for rescheduling options.

Safety & Liability

Hunter Responsibility

Indeed, safety at the ranch is a priority. Every hunter should respect the property and watch the local game laws and all instructions received for the benefit of the hunter by guides. Firearm safety is mandatory at all times.

Liability Waiver

Every visitor who engages in hunting activities at Independence Ranch accepts these risks and acknowledges them as a part of this activity. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or any possible damages. The client shall have to sign a liability waiver before any hunting commences.

Ranch Rules & Conduct

Ethical Hunting Practices

We support responsible and ethical hunting. Hunters have to respect the land, wildlife, and other hunters. Any violation of the ethics of hunting will lead to immediate extraction without refund.

Alcohol & Substance Use

The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the hunt must be strictly avoided to ensure a better standard of safety. Failure to obey will result in the termination of your hunt with no restitution.
